The questionnaire is broken up into different content sections — self-employed and solopreneurs may be tempted to skip A–G. However, having an understanding of what is required will help build processes in your business so when you grow and scale these are already “baked in” to your business. This will become more useful as you grow and build a team. It shows you are a neuroinclusive employer and this gives you a competitive advantage in the recruitment market.

We suggest you take the entire test and treat yourself as the employer being audited. Reflect on your thoughts, attitudes and experiences in the workplace and answer honestly. Are you unconscious of your own negative viewpoint or biases?
