BUSINESS ODDCAST NEURO-INCLUSIVE MANIFESTO
Different, Not Broken.
We believe neurodivergent people are not broken humans, we’re a natural and valuable part of human diversity.
We want a society that believes in inclusion as a core belief, and what is considered “normal” is specific to the individual.
We reject shame, guilt and judgement and meet it with insight, education and understanding.
We celebrate a shared lived experience, however different that looks.
Our movement is built on these basic principles:
- Dignity
- Access
- Fairness
- Joy
When neurodivergent people thrive, society as a whole benefits.
